Macon County is known for it's many festivals throughout the year.  It is also home to a beautiful state-of-the-art performing arts center, featuring many local, national and international entertainers.

 Listing our Franklin property with John Becker proved to be a great decision. We are out of town residents and chose to list our property during a down turned real estate market. John was very straight forward in his assessment of our lot and of the real estate market. We mostly communicated through e-mails and any questions we had, John was always quick to respond.
